British Independent Film Awards winners announced

On Sunday the British Independent Film Awards winners were announced at a ceremony in London, and we're pleased to say that three Guildhall-shown films picked up awards. With her first film in nine years, Lynne Ramsay took the Best Director prize for We Need to Talk About Kevin, Best Screening went to the very excellent Submarine, and Tinker Tailor picked up the award for Best Technical Achievement.
